I was moved to write to you because I have been very impressed
with your service and product. I was impressed with your sales
person who demonstrated the quality of flooring, and yet was
not in the slightest bit pushy. She was courteous, helpful and
knowledgeable.
I found the instructions sufficient to fit the flooring myself
and was extremely impressed with the quality of the actual boards
themselves. They were crafted to great precision, making the
job of putting them together a real pleasure. Having considered
